2008-09 Pre-Season Top 30

This list is based off of my power ratings. I had to make a few adjustments, because the model is statistical based and used end of season stats. For example before adjustments Hawaii due to their potent offense last year were in the top 10! But adjustments were made based on returning starters, coaches, etc. I will not be including this list each week, just wanted to give you an idea how some teams may look this year.
